Coach Robb is a Nutrition and Performance Coach catering to individuals that have a desire to feel better, look better, and perform better with nutrition and exercise. Whether you are a soccer mom looking to slim down, father of an up and coming baseball player, weekend 5K’er or professional racer, Coach Robb has a customized program to fit every individual need.
Coach Robb is a former professional BMX racer reaching #8 in the World rankings his first year as a Pro athlete. Soon after turning Pro, he was selected for the Triathlon Development Team at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Unfortunately, a car accident ended his Olympic dreams, but the knowledge he gained from this experience became a core component for the performance training methodologies and strategies he uses today.
Since then, he has dedicated his career to teaching others the importance of health and wellness, which ultimately leads to improved performance. Over the last 35 years, Coach Robb and his experienced staff have helped over 6,000 clients become healthier, leaner, stronger and faster in reaching their personal and athletic goals. We offer complete educational programs and products for weight loss, nutrition, running, triathlon, swimming, cycling, stick sports, speed and agility, motocross, BMX, mental performance, injury prevention/recovery, to name a few.
Coach Robb has been featured on a CBS Special, has been a guest speaker on the Golf Channel, and currently writes for 16 publications including GNCC.com, Triathlete Magazine, Hammer Nutrition’s Endurance News, and Racer X Virtual Trainer. His CoachRobb Podcast (www.CoachRobbPodcast.com) discusses such topics as Why Weight Loss Programs are Designed to Fail, Why You are Low on Energy, and The Importance of Sleep from a Health and Wellness Perspective.
