In recognition of Global Running Day, RLF partnered with Coach Robb for a Running Clinic aimed at helping team members become more efficient runners and have fun while they did it! The workshop focused on run-specific biomechanics, nutrition and hydration, and strength and flexibility exercises for improved speed, stamina, and overall good health.
Coach Robb met with executives from AXA US to present Energy for High Performance – A Blueprint for a Healthy Body & Mind. The interactive presentation focused on ways to transform unhealthy, unfocused, and unproductive employees into top performers for the organization through improved mental clarity, nutrition, sleep, and work/life balance.

There’s more to this puzzle than merely “getting older.” What is going on in our bodies and how can we combat it without another part-time job’s worth of focus on sleep, nutrition, and movement? Nutrition 101 / Nutrition for Weight Loss – Coach Robb applies his extensive knowledge of how the body works and his 38 years of experience as a nutrition and performance coach to address your frustrations with eating healthy and losing weight. Subjects include how to eat to optimize health; why low-fat diets don’t work and more importantly, what does; why intensive exercise isn’t the answer to losing weight; why you lose weight initially and then plateau; the top five reasons why individuals hang on to unwanted body fat and are always mentally and physically fatigued, and how to grocery shop for health and maximum fat burning.
