I just wanted to reach out and say thank you. I recently set out to take on my first triathlon in about 15 years, and your podcast about mental fatigue came in handy as I crossed the finish line. I set an ambition goal of finishing my Olympic distance tri in 2:20. I crossed the line in 2:07, but for a short moment I was actually bummed because I missed 3rd place in my age group by 7 seconds. Even though I beat my target time by a big amount. I quickly remembered your podcast about mental fatigue and taking time to appreciate the goals you’ve set out for instead of moving your goals or immediately focusing on the next thing.. I changed my outlook, and enjoyed what I had accomplished. In the past I would have really let it get to me that I didn’t get 3rd place, but your podcast really let me focus on the goal that I had accomplished, and I couldn’t be more appreciative of the knowledge you’ve past on to me

I had been planning for three years to take an extended trip to Japan. I was able to schedule a three-week vacation and wanted to immerse myself in as much of the culture, climate, and geography as possible. With Coach Robb’s help I trained for endurance walking and stair climbing. I was essentially readying myself for a marathon. While the training in and of itself helped me by shedding fat and building muscle, it was the maintenance techniques that played a critical role in me being able to thoroughly enjoy myself! The nutrition and hydration plan, and trigger point therapies Coach Robb had me do allowed me to keep going far longer than I had any right to in my opinion. I was able to do four days of intense walking, stair climbing, and hauling of 75 pounds of baggage before needing a full day of rest for my legs. The most amusing thing was that the sixth day had me walk farther and climb more stairs than any of the previous days. Despite all the nay saying and doubting from friends and family, I not only walked, hiked, climbed, and ascended to see almost every single site on my initial visit list, but also lost 15 pounds despite eating 6 – 8 meals each and every day. I have never had more fun and I realized just how pivotal those silly annoying techniques I was advised to do during my training were in keeping me moving.

We have had the pleasure of working with Coach Robb for over a year now. This has been the best experience and produced the greatest out comes. From learning how to eat healthy to gaining amazing stamina and speed. It is a great feeling to be able to come off the track after a moto and not be out of breath and ready to ride another 10 laps. Coach Robb is a wonderful support person in every aspect from physical, nutritional, mental and emotional. We couldn’t have done it with out you! Thank you MotoE.

I sweat a lot and your Energy Fuel keeps me hydrated and prevents a dehydration migraine!! It also replenishes potassium so I don’t have leg cramps! I love the stuff! I’ve given it to our High School football team and one of the bags in this order will go to the lady that helps us in the office. She loves working outside, sweats a lot too and is plagued with leg cramps at night. I think it will help her too. Thank you Coach Robb!

I have a Doctor of Chiropractic degree which means I had four years of various nutrition classes. Following Coach Robb’s Facebook page for the past year has made me realize that Robb is VERY well informed when it comes to training and nutrition. I truly think he should be “Dr. Robb”! Not to mention that I raced BMX bikes against him when we were 16 and 17 years old and I never was able to beat him!!!

He is excellent coach, I watched and work on the drills he gave me. He explains things very well and clear.

I had the opportunity to compete in a Vintage Hare Scramble yesterday. I got 1st place in class and 6th overall in the race. It was a great confidence booster and solidified my trust in the training program. I was hammering down for 1 hour and 24 minutes and had great energy levels and was able to push all the way to the very end.

As one of Robb’s weight loss customers, I’ve gotta say his programs are strenuous but just the kick in the pants I needed. Despite some illness and injury during my first phase, I saw results—and now that the new year is here, I have been re-doing the lost weeks and following the nutrition recommendations. I look forward to the next challenges he may have up his sleeve!

Coach Robb is beyond brilliant, professional and patient with wherever you are in your journey to health and wellness. It’s with his grace and education that your body and mind can heal for a lasting change. Thank you Coach Robb for assisting me in this lifelong challenge! I am beyond grateful!

What I love about the Coach Robb program is that as a husband, father and career person with regular amounts of overtime my spare time to workout is limited, at times very limited so Coach Robb organizes my program to maximize the bang for the buck in the gym. I can set my mind at ease and just focus on enjoying my workouts of the day and not worry about should I do this or that. I can workout on my own and do okay or I can workout with Coach Robb and do great!!

Coach Robb taught me to train smart and listen to my body’s response whether I like the answer or not. With Robb’s guidance and help, I don’t plan on slowing down in my 40s.

I found your video using a foam roller vertically to massage my erector spinae muscles. The results were remarkable! For the first time I was able to go out to walk my dog, stand still, and converse with other people. Thank you more than you can imagine.
